Whether you are a first a generation college student, Dreamer, veteran, single parent, foster youth, or financially disadvantaged, Extended Opportunity Program & Services (EOPS) has been helping all students succeed for a half-century.
Among other things, EOPS students learn how to transfer to the UC and CSU campuses of their choice, how to get book vouchers, and how to get excellent academic counseling. As a result, EOPS students continue to go on to do great things with their careers.
San Jose City College is proud to celebrate 50 years of EOPS student success on college campuses across the state. The SJECCD Board of Trustees recognized the achievements of SJCC EOPS with an official resolution and birthday cake.
As a community, we are proud to have such a dedicated program to assist those who strive to eliminate any barriers and ensure education for all.
